Under the Free plan, your first 20,000 events are free each billing cycle. You may downgrade to the Free plan manually if you are on the Base, Business, or Enterprise plan and anticipate using less than 20,000 events during your next billing cycle.

You will receive an overage charge if you exceed the number of events available through your plan. We recommend that you upgrade your plan if you anticipate that your overage charge will exceed what you would pay on a higher-tiered plan. The upgrade will take effect when your next billing cycle begins.
